Grace to You

‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’

Jeremiah 33:3

For Encouragement

In these times when the whole world is on the edge, it is heartwarming to hear God asking us to call on Him for insights into the conditions of the world today and how they affect our lives.

God assures us that He will answer us when we cry out to him in our anxious moments. He will hear us when we bring our requests and petitions to Him (cf. Philippians 4:6-7). God says He will reveal some great and unsearchable things to us that we do not know.

Is that not what you want?

Why, then, are we not calling on Him who knows all things, to receive some great insights, counsel, and direction to help us navigate through these turbulent times? It is pleasing to God for us to call on Him to forgive us and help us to forsake our evil ways (Isaiah 55:6-7). He wants to protect His people from the scourge that is ravaging our nations (Psalm 91:15). God knows the plans He has for us in these times, plans to prosper us and not to harm us (Jeremiah 29:11-14). So, why not encourage yourself in the Lord Jesus Christ and be strong and courageous? (Joshua 1:6, 7, 9).

Let’s thank the Lord and praise Him, for He is God. Let’s thank Him for what He has made us in Christ (Psalm 103:1-5). Let us rejoice in Him and be glad, for He is good and faithful. He gives grace to His own in difficult times and will give you grace to sustain you through this pandemic, amen.
