Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.
Romans 8:18
Your Encouragement
O, the glory to be revealed to us at s Christ’s appearing!
This is our hope. This is our confidence.
So, persevere, my brother and sister, until this glory dawns on us at the coming of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. May He be magnified in your life this morning.
May the joy of the Lord break forth in your heart in the face of all the injustices and challenges that confront the world today; and that of your peculiar struggles.
Remember! Your present suffering is nothing to be compared to the glory Christ will reveal to us when He comes to take us onto Himself (Rom. 8:18; 1 Thess. 4:13-18).
And, remember the example of Jesus that won Him the victory and be encouraged (Heb. 12:2).
Shalom, and good morning.
Romans 8:18 is my favorite scripture. The Hope that it brings to the Believer is Sure and True.
