My heart, my heart—I writhe in pain!
My heart pounds within me! I cannot be still.
For I have heard the blast of enemy trumpets
and the roar of their battle cries.

Your Encouragement

• What is the condition of your heart this morning?
• Is there any anguish that has kept you awake all night?
• What report have you heard?
• What news have you received?
• Like Jeremiah, you may have heard the sound that signals impending danger (Jer. 4:19).
• The world is full of them these days.
• In times like this, you have a Savior to run to for cover—Jesus your, Mighty Deliverer.
• As Solomon declares, “The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe,” (Prov. 18:10NIV).
• Run to Him and take cover in Him.
• Uphold His name in every circumstance and see how His peace floods your heart.
• That is what you need, my brother and sister—rest in Jesus.
• May the grace of God rest upon you for visibility and stability in Christ.
