Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? … No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
Romans 8:35-37
Your Encouragement
For the love and absolute security you have in Christ Jesus, worship Him this morning.
Step out in confidence of your eternal standing in Him, knowing that nothing can separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus—the love that sent Him to Calvary. Jesus did not suffer the pain and humiliation to abandon you when things get rough. No!
You may be suffering through rough and trying times now. Things are hard. School fees, bills, empty tables, a job situation, health issues, Covid, even death—all these are pressing on you and causing you sleepless nights. But you are not alone in them. The Lord who promised to be with you through the waters, the rivers, and in the fire is your faithful companion (Isa. 43:2). He will never leave nor forsake you (Heb. 13:5).
You have conquered by Christ’s victory on the cross, and you will continue to overcome every situation that confronts you by the power of His Spirit until He comes. His grace is sufficient for you (2 Cor. 12:9).
So, go out today and display the glory of God that is in you through Christ Jesus, your Lord. His strength will carry you. And remember: You are a prince of the Eternal Kingdom of God. Therefore, hold your head high!
Shalom
