Praise the Lord!
    For he has heard my cry for mercy.

The Lord is my strength and shield.
    I trust him with all my heart.
He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy.
    I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.

Your Encouragement

It is Thursday, and your heart is still beating regularly. Blood flows freely through your veins, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.

• Raise hearty praise to God, your Maker, and Sustainer.
• For He has answered your bedtime prayer for your protection and grace for another day.
• He who has blessed you with today is your strength and defender against everything.
• So, trust Him with all your heart. 
• He will help you and fill your heart with unspeakable joy. His joy is your strength.
• Open your mouth and bring out the songs of thanksgiving, bursting in your heart.
• Offer through Jesus a continual sacrifice of praise to God, proclaiming your allegiance to his name (Heb. 13:15).
• He deserves it. He is worthy.
