Our Confident Hope

 Romans 8:18

New Living Translation

Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.

Your Encouragement
O, the glory to be revealed to us at Christ’s appearing!

This is our hope. This is our confidence.

So, persevere, my brothers and sisters, until this glory dawns on us at the coming of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ (Titus 2:13). May He be magnified in your life this morning.

May the joy of the Lord break forth in your heart in the face of all the injustices and challenges that confront the world now, and your peculiar struggles.

Remember! Your present suffering is nothing to be compared to the glory Christ will reveal to us when He comes to take us onto Himself (Rom. 8:18; 1 Thess. 4:13-18).

Remember the example of Jesus that won Him the victory for us and let it encourage you (Heb. 12:2).

Shalom, and good morning.Lord, thank you for the hope we have in your glorious appearing to take us to be with you where you are forever. Help us live, rejoicing in this hope that we may trust you in every circumstance until you call us home or come in your glory for us. Amen.

Pray with Us
Lord, thank you for the hope we have in your glorious appearing to take us to be with you where you are forever. Help us live, rejoicing in this hope that we may trust you in every circumstance until you call us home or come in your glory for us. Amen.
