So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.

Your Encouragement

What an encouragement!

First, it’s a tremendous privilege to hear the Almighty God, speak to us. Second, It’s sweeter and heart-warming to hear the content of His message today – assurance of His presence, protection, strength, help, and the working of His righteous right hand in sustaining us.

Over the years, these words have lifted His people from the depth of despondency to the height of courage and defiance against every situation that confronted them. That was the situation of Joshua after Moses died (Josh. 1:6, 7, 9). It was the same for Paul in Corinth (Acts 18:9) and in the storm towards Rome (27:24).

So, whatever your situation may be today, hear the voice of the Lord through His message from the prophet Isaiah, and let if scatter your fear and replace it with courage.

Remember the One who speaks to you now. He is the Almighty God who is faithful to the core. He did not fail any of those He spoke these words to. He will not fail you either.

I pray you see His glory today and rejoice in His comforting Presence until victory dawns on you.
